吕刚，研究员，博士生导师，主要从事板块构造地球动力学研究
研究方向为大陆裂解、板块俯冲、岩浆作用、两相流模拟等。
目前以第一作者在NatureCommunications,JGR Solid Earth, Terra Nova等期刊发表学术论文。本科毕业于中国科学技术大学，博士毕业于中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所（期间赴苏黎世联邦理工联合培养）。曾任中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所副研究员、挪威卑尔根大学Permanent Researcher等职位，2024年12月起任yl6776永利集团研究员。
